For many structures it is important in the design phase to take into account the required stiffness and resonance frequency. Especially for complex structures this can be difficult and time consuming.
By means of FEA software, the structure is modeled in details in a way that makes it possible to modify each element and make subsequent calculations in an effective way. All loads are calculated and used, also loads not belonging to the bearing structure.
The final result is a structure with the required stiffness and resonance frequency and which has been optimized with respect to the amount of material.
